Expert Mechanical Services (EMS) is now a full service Mechanical Contractor!  Expert Mechanical Services welcomes Richard Woodruff to establish and run our new HVAC Division.  Richard brings 36 years of HVAC experience and is a great addition to our team! 

Expert Mechanical Services has been in business in Colorado since 1989. Specializing in design/build, design/assist, conceptual budgeting, and value engineering of plan and spec projects to assure that they are within budget. The team at Expert Mechanical brings a wealth of knowledge, understands code requirements, keeps on top of alternate materials choices with current pricing along with many years of experience in the industry.

Expert Mechanical Services performs work primarily in the Colorado Front Range, though we have performed several projects in the mountains and the eastern plains of Colorado. The size of projects that we have completed range from small tenant finishes to projects approaching $2,000,000.00 for the mechanical work alone. 

Expert Mechanical Services prides itself in doing business based upon honesty and integrity. As a result, we were selected as the Colorado Subcontractor of the Year for five consecutive years (1995 through 1999) by the American Subcontractors' Association and was inducted into the Subcontractors' Hall of Fame in 2000. In addition, EMS was presented with Colorado's Blue Chip Enterprise Award on September 21, 2000, by the United States Chamber of Commerce, for "inspirational achievement in business."

Our philosophy is to be selective in the work we contract so we can assure the owner excellent quality and performance. As a result, most of our work is secured through reputation or by repeat customers.
